Standard orders are shipped within 72 hours and customized orders are shipped within 7-10 business days Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

How To Return An Item

1. Please email to request a return, refund or an exchange of product. Customized products cannot be exchanged unless there is a defect. If a product is determined to be defective and is within the warranty period, the customer has the option to obtain new product in good working order or request a full refund.

You will need to provide an your name, address, email address and telephone number where you can be reached. We will email you a return shipping label. You will need to print the label according to the instructions and place on the packaging being used to return the product.

2. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.


Return Exceptions

Goods that have been damaged by the customer and no longer in good working order are not considered manufacturer defects.
